{"id":158,"date":"2022-03-18T23:08:44","date_gmt":"2022-03-18T23:08:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/enelsol.es\/\/?page_id=158"},"modified":"2022-05-02T20:48:54","modified_gmt":"2022-05-02T20:48:54","slug":"condiciones-senderismo-enelsol","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/enelsol.es\/?page_id=158","title":{"rendered":"Condiciones generales e informaci\u00f3n legal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\" id=\"generales\" style=\"font-size:18px\">CONDICIONES GENERALES DE CONTRATACION DE <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>ENELSOL<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#1e3231\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/span><\/strong>: NIF: 51642388M DOMICILIO SOCIAL: OLIVOS 15, 3\u00ba-3 TEL\u00c9FONO: 648822608 CORREO ELECTR\u00d3NICO: caminantes@enelsol.es<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#1e3231\">Cualquier contrataci\u00f3n con <strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/span><\/strong> se rigen por las condiciones generales que aqu\u00ed se presentan y que tienen por objeto regular los t\u00e9rminos contractuales para la prestaci\u00f3n de los <strong>SERVICIOS<\/strong> (<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATAS<\/span><\/span><\/strong>) por parte de <strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/span><\/strong> y la contraprestaci\u00f3n debida por el <strong>CLIENTE<\/strong> (<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTES<\/span><\/span><\/strong>) a <strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, por la utilizaci\u00f3n de dichos <strong>SERVICIOS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"has-text-color wp-block-list\" style=\"color:#1e3231\"><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong>CONDICIONES DE CAR\u00c1CTER GENERAL<\/strong><\/span> <ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Las <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>CAMINATAS<\/strong><\/span> ofrecidas por <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/strong>, son en contacto con la naturaleza y pueden suponer un riesgo y esfuerzo f\u00edsico que el <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong> debe conocer, ser consciente de ello y asumir la responsabilidad que de ello se deriva.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Las <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATAS<\/span><\/strong> solo se celebrar\u00e1 si hay un m\u00ednimo de 5 <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTES.&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong>El m\u00e1ximo de <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTES<\/span><\/strong> por grupo es de 15.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">La <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong> empieza y acaba en el punto descrito en la ficha t\u00e9cnica y comunicado por <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/strong>. Es responsabilidad de cada <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong> llegar al punto de encuentro por sus propios medios y a la hora indicada, as\u00ed como el posterior regreso.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/strong> se reserva el derecho de modificar la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong> siempre con el objeto de garantizar la seguridad del conjunto del grupo o individuos, por razones climatol\u00f3gicas o de acontecimientos imprevistos, y se reserva el derecho a dar por terminada, en cualquier momento, la participaci\u00f3n de cualquier persona, cuyo comportamiento pueda derivar peligrosidad para la seguridad del grupo, lo cual no dar\u00e1 derecho a reembolso alguno.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Cada <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong> deber\u00e1 actuar conforme a las elementales reglas de prudencia y sentido com\u00fan, obedeciendo en todo momento las indicaciones dadas por los gu\u00edas, debiendo cumplir las siguientes normas. La infracci\u00f3n de las mismas, dar\u00e1 pie a la no admisi\u00f3n o expulsi\u00f3n del <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong> de la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong> correspondiente:<\/span> <ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Atender y respetar las indicaciones de los gu\u00edas en todo momento<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Es obligatorio hallarse en las condiciones psico-f\u00edsicas adecuadas para la pr\u00e1ctica de las actividades al aire libre, debiendo indicar en el momento de la reserva cualquier anomal\u00eda que pudieran sufrir antes de iniciar la actividad.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">En los casos de abandonar la disciplina del grupo, o las indicaciones y decisiones de los gu\u00edas dentro de las actividades, abandonar el itinerario indicado, actuar irresponsablemente hacia su seguridad, no ser respetuoso con los dem\u00e1s participantes y el entorno, etc. <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL <\/span><\/strong>queda completamente exento de responsabilidad alguna.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Es obligatorio leer, conocer y respetar los <a href=\"https:\/\/enelsol.es\/\/?page_id=156\"><strong>NIVELES de DIFICULTAD<\/strong><\/a>, que se han propuesto en la actividad. En caso que el <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong> no tenga el nivel adecuado, <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/strong> declina cualquier tipo de responsabilidad.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Respetar los <strong>RITMOS DE MARCHA<\/strong> en grupo: Ser\u00e1 el gu\u00eda quien determine el ritmo adecuado atendiendo al perfil del grupo y al nivel de dificultad a realizar. No sobrepasar al gu\u00eda ni quedarse atr\u00e1s. No abandonar el grupo sin avisar antes al gu\u00eda.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">La organizaci\u00f3n declina cualquier responsabilidad de los accidentes ocurridos fuera de la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA,<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"> por desatender las indicaciones del <strong>GU\u00cdA<\/strong>&nbsp;o las <strong>CONDICIONES<\/strong> establecidas por <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>ENELSOL <\/strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">para el desarrollo de las<\/span><strong> CAMINATAS<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" id=\"reserva\" class=\"has-text-color wp-block-list\" style=\"color:#1e3231\"><li><strong>CONDICIONES E INSTRUCCIONES PARA REALIZAR LA RESERVA<\/strong> <ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">La preinscripci\u00f3n se realiza mediante el formulario incluido en el apartado de <strong>RESERVAS<\/strong>.<\/span><ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Es imprescindible incluir el nombre, dos apellidos, DNI, tel\u00e9fono y direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico de cada una de las personas que se inscriben a la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong>. Esta informaci\u00f3n es requerida para poder contratar el seguro de accidentes.<\/span>  <\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Recibido el formulario de preinscripci\u00f3n, <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/strong> comunicar\u00e1 al solicitante si tiene plaza o est\u00e1 en lista de espera.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Una vez confirmada la disponibilidad de plaza, para que la reserva sea efectiva, es imprescindible realizar el pago de 5\u20ac mediante bizum al n\u00famero 648 822 608. La asignaci\u00f3n de plazas ser\u00e1 por orden de realizaci\u00f3n del pago de la reserva.<\/span><ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">El resto del importe de la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong>, deber\u00e1 abonarse mediante bizum al n\u00famero 648 822 608, con fecha l\u00edmite 72h antes del inicio de la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong>. En caso de no realizarse el pago, <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/strong> anular\u00e1 la reserva sin derecho a devoluci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Si est\u00e1 en lista de espera y queda alguna plaza vacante, se le comunicar\u00e1 y se aplicar\u00e1 el procedimiento indicado en los dos p\u00e1rrafos anteriores. En el caso de encontrarse dentro de las 72h anteriores al inicio de la <span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span>, tendr\u00e1 que realizar el pago de la totalidad del importe de la <span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span> de forma inmediata<\/span>.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">El precio de la <span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span> incluye: gu\u00eda y seguro de accidentes.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Los siguientes requisitos son de obligado cumplimiento y su incumplimiento exime de responsabilidad a <span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/strong><\/span>:<ul><li>El <strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong> garantiza la veracidad de los datos facilitados a <span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/li><li>En el caso de inscripci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de un <strong><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong>, <\/strong>el <strong><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong> <\/strong>solicitante, en nombre de sus acompa\u00f1antes a la <strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>, reconoce que todos los <strong><strong><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTES<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/strong> <\/strong>han le\u00eddo \u00edntegramente las condiciones generales de contrataci\u00f3n, pol\u00edtica de privacidad, reserva y cancelaci\u00f3n, nivel y riesgos inherentes a la <strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>, as\u00ed como el resto de informaci\u00f3n legal incluida en esta p\u00e1gina web, y en consecuencia, da su consentimiento informado en nombre de todos ellos.<\/li><li>En el caso de que participen menores, el <strong><strong><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> solicitante declara haber informado a los padres o tutores legales, habiendo obtenido de ellos el consentimiento informado.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\" id=\"cancelacion\"><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong>CONDICIONES DE CANCELACI\u00d3N.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span> <ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">El <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong> podr\u00e1 cancelar la reserva de una <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong>, siempre que lo indique antes de las 72h del inicio de la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong>, por cualquiera de los canales de comunicaci\u00f3n establecidos: correo electr\u00f3nico (<a style=\"color: #1e3231;\" href=\"mailto:caminantes@enelsol.es\">caminantes@enelsol.es<\/a>), tel\u00e9fono (648 822 608) y WhatsApp (648 822 608)<\/span> <p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/strong> devolver\u00e1 la totalidad del importe pagado.<\/span> <\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Si la cancelaci\u00f3n se comunica despu\u00e9s de las 72h del inicio de la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong>, no proceder\u00e1 devoluci\u00f3n alguna.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Si una vez iniciada la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong> sobreviniera alguna circunstancia que a criterio del gu\u00eda pudiera afectar a la seguridad del grupo, este podr\u00eda decidir la suspensi\u00f3n de la misma. Esto no supondr\u00e1 la devoluci\u00f3n del importe de la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span>  <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong>CONDICIONES DE CANCELACI\u00d3N POR CAUSAS DE FUERZA MAYOR: <\/strong>Se entiende como causas de fuerza mayor las cat\u00e1strofes naturales, climatolog\u00eda adversa, restricciones de desplazamiento, alertas de seguridad o enfermedades end\u00e9micas decretadas por la autoridad competente en la fecha y lugar programado para la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span> <ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Si la cancelaci\u00f3n por causas de fuerza mayor se produce antes del inicio de la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong>, <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ENELSOL<\/span><\/strong> comunicar\u00e1 la cancelaci\u00f3n de la misma y devolver\u00e1 el importe cobrado a excepci\u00f3n del coste del seguro de accidentes, si este ya se hubiera contratado.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Si una vez iniciada la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong> sobreviniera alguna circunstancia de fuerza mayor, el gu\u00eda podr\u00eda decidir la suspensi\u00f3n de la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong>, sin que esto suponga la devoluci\u00f3n del importe de la misma.<\/span> <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" id=\"admision\" class=\"has-text-color wp-block-list\" style=\"color:#1e3231\"><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><strong>CONDICIONES DE PARTICIPACI\u00d3N Y ADMISI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><ol><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong>ROPA: <\/strong><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">La infracci\u00f3n de las siguientes normas dar\u00e1 pie a la expulsi\u00f3n del caminante de la <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>CAMINATA<\/strong><\/span> correspondiente, sin derecho a devoluci\u00f3n del importe pagado.<\/span> <\/span><ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Calzado deportivo de monta\u00f1a obligatorio en todas las<\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"> <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATAS<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">por razones de seguridad.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Ropa de abrigo t\u00e9cnica, impermeable, gorra o gorro, guantes, gafas de sol, crema solar, protecci\u00f3n labial etc.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Equipo b\u00e1sico de senderismo: mochila o macuto, agua, comida, peque\u00f1o botiqu\u00edn, dispositivo de iluminaci\u00f3n -preferiblemente frontal-, y nuestra ficha t\u00e9cnica de la <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>CAMINATA<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Se recomienda uso de bastones, utilizar ropa de manga larga y pantalones largos. Llevar calzado y ropa de recambio.<\/span> <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong>COMIDA:<\/strong> Lo habitual es comer durante la misma<\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"> <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">y ser\u00e1 por cuenta del <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">. Adem\u00e1s de la comida (bocadillo o similar), se recomienda llevar algunos frutos secos, barritas energ\u00e9ticas, pasas, higos, pl\u00e1tanos, etc, para utilizar durante la <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong>AGUA: <\/strong><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">En la informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de cada <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>CAMINATA<\/strong><\/span>, se indica la existencia o no de fuentes naturales durante la <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>CAMINATA<\/strong><\/span>. Aunque existan, se recomienda llevar 1,5 litros como m\u00ednimo por persona, ya que no se puede garantizar la calidad y cantidad de agua.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong>COVID-19. <\/strong><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Se dan las siguientes recomendaciones:<\/span> <\/span><ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Guardar la distancia interpersonal de 1,5 metros. Si no se puede, se recomienda el uso de mascarilla.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Evitar comunicarse en voz muy alta. Taparse la boca al toser o estornudar.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">No intercambiar material, comida o bebida.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Llevar 2 mascarillas y soluci\u00f3n hidroalcoh\u00f3lica.<\/span> <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><strong>GUIAS: <\/strong><\/strong>Es de obligado cumplimiento atender y obedecer las instrucciones de los gu\u00edas. El <strong><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong> <\/strong>debe comportarse en todo momento de acuerdo con la buena educaci\u00f3n, con respecto al grupo y a los lugares visitados, quedando expresamente prohibido cualquier falta de respeto, consideraci\u00f3n o comportamiento inadecuado. La infracci\u00f3n de esta norma dar\u00e1 pie a la expulsi\u00f3n del <strong><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/strong> de la <span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/span> correspondiente.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><strong>FALTAS DE RESPETO: <\/strong><\/strong>Ser\u00e1 motivo de expulsi\u00f3n del<strong> <strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINANTE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong> <\/strong>de la <strong><strong><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATA<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong> <\/strong>en curso y se denegar\u00e1 la reserva para futuras<strong> <span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">CAMINATAS<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong> a quienes:<strong> <\/strong><\/span><ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Falten al respeto a los otros <span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>CAMINANTES<\/strong><\/span><\/span> y\/o violencia, racismo o xenofobia.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Muestren s\u00edntomas de embriaguez o consumo de drogas o sustancias estupefacientes.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\">Falta de acatamiento a las instrucciones de los gu\u00edas, poniendo en peligro su propia seguridad y la del grupo.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><strong><strong>DERECHO DE ADMISI\u00d3N<\/strong> <\/strong><\/span><ul><li><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #1e3231;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>ENELSOL<\/strong><\/span><\/span> se reserva el derecho de aceptar las reservas de quienes hayan perturbado, y\/o hayan sido expulsados anteriormente de alguna otra <span
